When can I expect my order?
Once an order is received, our note cards usually ship within 1 to 2 working days, and since prints and framing are made to order, they usually ship within 4 to 5 working days, often sooner. However if you require delivery by a certain date, please contact us for exact shipping confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, and another with tracking information.
What happens if the order arrives damaged?
In the event that your item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible email@example.com and include a photos if possible. We will issue a replacement asap, and may ask that the item is returned to us. We would credit you for the return shipping.
How do I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or return on most items. We are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the items that are returned, including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Hector Vilches Photography. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without an RMA. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund.
To return an item, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We highly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order #, and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
